Gregori’s knowledge and expertise in IRC 1031 began in 2002 following RevProc 2002-22 when he became involved with a prominent real estate sponsor of TIC investments. Recognized for his expertise and analysis of real estate co-ownership and 1031 law, Wayne is an in-demand speaker for advanced 1031 presentations and seminars with professionals engaged in the industry.
Gregori is the founder of 1031 Resource Network, an educational resource and a replacement property directory for investors and professionals engaged in the 1031 industry. He graduated from Cal State University, Hayward with a major in finance and a minor in French. Wayne continued his graduate studies in International Relations at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences-Po).
