Alex Chuzhoy was born in Kiev, in the former Soviet Union, and immigrated to San Francisco in 1979. He received his degree in electronics engineering in the early 80’s and worked in this industry until 1987, when he became a real estate agent. Alex worked for several firms in San Francisco including Evans Pacific, Colonial Realty and RE/MAX. After a successful career as a Realtor, he decided to utilize his number crunching skills from his engineering days and in 1991 became a mortgage consultant.
In the late 90’s, Alex began to expand his residential mortgage business to include financing residential and commercial income producing properties. He conducts regular seminars on this topic, of particular interest and popularity among residential Realtors who wish to expand their business by selling income producing buildings.
Alex is a member of CAMB and Rotary; his hobbies include fine art photography, mountain biking and tennis. He resides in San Francisco with his wife, daughter and German shepherd.
